what’s up from the bk?  sorry for the lack of updates lately… timmy’s visit was freakin’ awesome… we had a ton of fun and he was hustlin all over town while he was here… i only had two full days off while he was here, so while i was working he was seeing what ny is all about… i think the trip was really good for the both of us… aside from the obvious fact that i was stoked to see my best friend, his visit was really inspiring… we are at a strange point in our lives where we are sick of skating through life, doing a good enough job to get by, and watching our lives pass by without leaving any sort of a mark… timmy is always an inspiring person to chat with about ambitions… he literally is the most positive person in the entire world… that being said, we decided to keep eachother accountable with our own individual goals… i’m looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish with a constant drive… look out peeps…

at the moment i’ve got a ton of different art projects going on… i’ll post some photos up in the next couple days of where i’m at with things… i’ve got a trip to pennsylvania lined up for sunday and monday this weekend… should be a ton of fun and also thoroughly inspiring… thats all for now… here are some photos of an adventure that timmy and i took to rockaway beach… some atlantic ocean action for all you westsider riderz…

tommy had a bunch of filet mignon he defrosted yesterday… we decided to make filet mignon tacos… they were not only delicious, but quite beautiful… yummy for tummy…

tommy ordered this coffee online a few weeks ago… before it arrived, he claimed that it is the best coffee he has ever had… i’ve given it a good trial run, and i must say i approve… i just put in another order so that i’ll have plenty of coffee on hand for the adventures timmy and i will have…  i would recommend people order a can and see what you think…

so i’ve got this new thing going where i’m waking up early, having my morning cup of joe, a bowl of oatmeal, handling all of my responsibilities (aka bills, e-mails, etc…), and putting in a good web browse… i figure i’ll try to put up something everyday that i see that inspires me…  we’ll see how long this lasts…

for those of you not in the know, i had some INSANE migraines this past week that basically put me out of commission for a few days… i couldn’t work, i couldn’t think… i really couldn’t do much besides sleep and pray that my head would stop pounding… eventually, after much persuasion from friends and family, i went to the doctor to see if there was anything she could do for me…  while waiting at the office (for two and a half hours mind you… and yes i did have an appointment), i picked up an issue of DWELL they had lying around… as i was flipping through, i came across some pre-fab cabin’s that people had placed in the middle of nowhere… i was enthralled… i’ve only shared this with a few people, but i dream of owning a small cabin somwhere in the middle of the forest, surrounded by nothing but nature and the sounds of it…

so i’ve got a ledge or two in my room that i’m inspired to thematically decorate… one of the themes i’m thinking of going with is a “bluejay” theme… ebay is epic for finding random trinkets of any kind…. here are some bluejay items i found in a matter of five minutes… thoughts?  i’m thinking of just covering the ledge with em… duhhh… derp…

the new furniture…

up close and personal… $200 bucks for all of it…  next i need to do up the walls a smidget, perhaps paint some or wallpaper some, i need a rug, a coffee table, and i want to build a bedframe… all on the horizon…

first friends visit…

and it was a marvelous time… unfortunately, i continue to be horrid at photographic documentation, so i don’t have much to show you at this point… coachie on the other hand did a marvelous job and will send me some photos once he gets home… we did a bunch of randomness, but i think the walk through central park as it was snowing was pretty epic…

quite a few people are coming out to visit soon, but the only for surez i have are my mum, grandma and sister in march…. can’t wait!  peace!
